If you've not been on auto-renew and your plan isn't active, it's easy to get going again. We welcome you with open arms!
Log in to your account and go to your dashboard. Scroll to the section which says, 'Your plan has expired'. Click 'Renew plan' and enter your payment details.
Good to know: if you want to set up auto-renew, you can do this here. We've put together a simple guide which explains what auto-renew is.
If you don't want to set up auto-renew, simply leave that box unticked and press 'Submit'. You'll be able to use your SIM within a couple of hours.
You might also want to try turning your phone on and off again after a couple of hours.
If your plan isn't active for 180 days, we'll close it down for you. If you want to open a new account after this time, you’ll need to register with a new email address.
