You’ll be able to receive calls from abroad when you’re in the UK

Travelling outside of Europe?
You can roam and make international calls when using Superdrug Mobile if you purchase a cash add-on. View our guide to find out how to do this
There are some European Countries that are not part of the EEA and EU, which are not eligible for free roaming. Check our Price Guide (scroll down to the bottom of the page) to see if the country you're travelling to is covered - check under International Roaming
Device settings
You need to change your Access Point Network (APN) settings to make sure your phone works abroad. View our handy guide
Spend limit
To help you control the cost of using your phone when you’re abroad we’ve set a worldwide roaming spend limit of £45 (including VAT).
This means you won't be able to spend more than this amount when you're away, even if you've bought more than this in cash add-ons.
When you reach your spend limit you won’t be able to carry on using services on your phone. Your new £45 limit will be reset on the 1st of every month.
We’ll send you a message by text and email when you're reaching your limit.
