Firstly – YAY and welcome! We’re so pleased you’re joining us, we’ll have a great time together. If you purchased your SIM in one of our stores you’ll already have it to hand. If you ordered your SIM online it’ll be winging its way to you in the post!
Setting your phone up is mega easy to do, provided it’s unlocked (click here to see our ‘unlocking your phone’ help document).
Your SIM has 3 different size options (standard, micro and nano). Push out the correct SIM size, pop it in your handset and turn it on.
Standard SIM – the biggest size
Micro SIM – the middle size
Nano SIM – the smallest size
Ooops – I popped the wrong SIM
That’s cool, they fit back inside each other too. Just pop it back in and go again!
Once you’ve switched on, your handset will prompt you to connect to WiFi to complete the set up.Step through the set-up wizard on-screen.
When you’re done, your phone will show the main screen. This means it’s ready to start being used. If you’ve activated your SIM you’re good to go!
Erm…how do I activate?
Go online and log into your account. Follow the on-screen instruction for activation and you’re done!
We’ll text you once activation has been successful, which is usually immediate. In some instances, activation can take up to 2 hours – more than enough time for a cheeky Nandos while you wait? Mmm…
If you haven’t got signal (more than 2 hours after you’ve completed activation), you might need to restart your device.
I want to keep my old number
You can so do this!
Transferring your number over is called ‘porting’.You need to request something called a ‘PAC’ code from your previous network provider.
Once you have your PAC code visit your dashboard and follow the instructions 😊

Hold up, just one more step...
You will need to change your APN settings in order to use your data. This is easy! Just go to Settings - Mobile Data - Mobile Data Options - Mobile Data Settings, and then change the APN to "superdrug.net"
