When you order a Superdrug Mobile SIM, we'll ask you to sign in or create a new account. If you're already a Superdrug customer (yay!), use your existing login details on the Superdrug Mobile site (the email address and password you use to order shopping from Superdrug.com).
If you're not an existing customer, you can create a new account on the Superdrug Mobile site, which will also work on Superdrug.com. Clever!
I've created a new account and wanted to use an existing one
If you haven't yet placed an order, just log in with your existing Superdrug.com details and go through to sign up for your new SIM.
If you've placed an order already (using a new account) and you wanted to keep your existing one, the process is a little longer. You can transfer any existing Health & Beautycard points over to your new card, simply get in touch with us via web chat and we'll arrange this for you. You'll need to use these new log in details when shopping on Superdrug.com.
