When you join Superdrug Mobile, your settings usually update automatically and everything works brilliantly. 

The ‘automatic’ part doesn’t always happen! If you don’t have internet access (and you still have data to use) and you can make calls, check something called your Access Point Name (APN) settings.

We’ll talk you through what you need to do and make it nice and easy:

  • On Android: Settings > More… (under Wireless & Networks) > Mobile Network > Access Point Names > 3 > Edit Access Point
  • On iOS: Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data Network
