Can I pause my plan?

We know that sometimes you need to be flexible, so we are too!

If something comes up and you’d like to stop your plan for a while, simply switch off auto renew and we’ll keep your account active for 6 months. It’s easy to come back and pick up where you left off.

Step by step guide

Simply log into your dashboard, select Account Settings and untick the box then press 'Update payment settings':
