You have up to 28 days for a refund on your SIM from the date you purchased it. If you bought your SIM in store you’ll need your receipt. Just contact us via web chat to tell us you want a refund.

If you’ve activated your SIM, we’ll deduct your activation 1000 points from your Health & Beautycard once you’ve told us you want a refund.  

I bought my SIM in store

If you bought your SIM in store and can send us a picture of your receipt on web chat, we’ll send you a cheque within 10 working days. If you don’t have a receipt, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

I bought my SIM online

If you bought your SIM online, this will be refunded to your original card payment within 3 – 5 working days.
