When you join us, we send you an email to confirm your order and other details. If you don’t see this email, it might have automatically gone to your ‘spam’ or junk folders. (Whatttt? Our super cool mail is way too good to be accidentally filed as junk!)

If they’ve landed in these folders (instead of your inbox, where you want them to go), you can add Superdrug Mobile to your ‘safe senders’ list. Then you’ll never miss out on the important info we send your way.

Here's how to add us to your list of trusted email contacts: 

If you use Gmail:

1.Open one of our emails.

2.Click the small drop-down icon that's next to the reply button on the top right-hand side of the email.

3.Click 'Add to Contacts list'.

 If you use Gmail on AOL 9.0:

1.Open one of our emails.

2.Click the 'Add address' icon.

3.Verify our contact information and click 'Save'.

 If you use AOL Webmail:

1.Open one of our emails.

2.Click on our name and email address.

3.Click 'Add to address book' in the window that appears.

4.Enter any additional information and click 'Save'.

 If you use Windows Live Hotmail:

1.Open one of our emails.

2.Click on the 'Wait, it's safe!' link.

If you use Yahoo!:

1.Open one of our emails.

2.Click the small '+' next to where it says the senders address.

3.Verify the sender's contact details and click 'Save'.

 If you use Outlook Express 6+:

1.Open on of our emails.

2.Left-click the sender icon, or right-click the sender's name.

3.Click 'Add to contacts' and select 'Save'.

 

If you use Mac Mail:

1.Open one of our emails.

2.Control (Ctrl) - click on superdrugmobile.com and select 'Open in address book'.

3.Verify our contact details.
