This guide helps staff confidently explain Superdrug Mobile’s Refer a Friend (RAF) programme to customers.

🔗 What is Refer a Friend?

Our Refer a Friend programme rewards you for spreading the word. Share your referral link and once your friend joins and stays for a month, they get 20% off their plan for 3 months. Simple as that!


❗ Important for Staff

  • Staff can refer others using their referral link

  • Staff do not receive the 20% reward – even if the referral is successful

  • The referred friend will still get the reward

Example: A staff member refers a friend. That friend joins and renews. The friend gets 20% off. The staff member does not.


✅ Key Points

  • Start date: 18 June 2025

  • Referral links are generated through the customer dashboard

  • Links expire after 90 days

  • Referral must be a new Superdrug Mobile customer (Non staff)

  • Rewards are triggered after the referred customer renews their plan in month two


💬 Common Customer Questions

Q: Can I refer my friend who used to be a Superdrug Mobile customer?
A: No – only new customers are eligible.

Q: How will I know if the reward’s been applied?
A: The discount will be shown in the customer’s next bill cycle, after the friend’s second month renewal.

Q: Can I refer more than one person?
A: Yes! Customers can send as many referrals as they like (1 link per person).

Q: Where’s the referral link?
A: In the customer’s online dashboard.


📌 Staff Tip:

If a customer is missing their reward, check:

  • Did their friend sign up using the referral link?

  • Did the friend activate and renew in month two?

  • Was the referral link still valid when used?
