Roaming and international calls
If you’re travelling in Europe you can roam away on Superdrug Mobile! It’s all included as part of your plan.
You need to change your Access Point Name (APN) settings in order to use your data. This is easy! Just go to Settings - Mobile Data - Mobile Data Options - Mobile Data Settings, and then change the APN to "superdrug.net".
You can still roam and make international calls when using Superdrug Mobile outside of Europe. To do this you’ll need a cash add-on. You can view our helpful ‘What are your add-ons?’ guide.
There are some European Countries that are not part of the EEA and EU so are not eligible for free roaming. Check this handy guide to see if the country you're travelling to is covered.
Good to know: data and texts will work over 3G (2100 MHz), 4G (1800 MHz) and 4G (800 MHz). Voice calls will only work over 3G.
Super-Voice and WiFi calling
We have great 3G and 4G across the UK, and we are sure that you will love being able to call and use your data whenever you need to.
At the moment, WiFi and Super-Voice calling is not possible on Superdrug Mobile. It's something that we are looking at soon!
