We’ll always give you a helpful nudge if your data allowance is running low. We’ll send you a text and an email to let you know it’s running low, and another text and an email if/when it runs out. 

Superdrug Mobile is pre-paid which means you'll never be able to go over your data allowance and incur charges.

If your data runs out (and you want more) you can buy extra data to keep you going. Even better, these add-ons rollover, so even if you are right at the end of the month there’s no rush!

You can also keep an eye on your data usage via your online account at any time.

If you buy a data add-on outside the hours of 8am – 10pm, you might not receive our confirmation text message until the following day.
