We’ll always give you a helpful nudge if your data allowance is running low. We’ll send you a text and an email to let you know it’s running low, and another text and an email if/when it runs out.
You can buy data add-ons if you’re running low. They roll over each month, so you can use them when you want to!
You can also keep an eye on your data usage via your online account at any time.
If you buy a data add-on outside the hours of 8am – 10pm, you might not receive our confirmation text message until the following day.
