If your SIM card is lost, stolen or damaged you can order a new one.
Use the button below to order your replacement SIM. Once this request goes through, your current SIM will stop working.
Please check the address registered on your account as that's where the SIM will be sent. You can do this by logging on and clicking 'Account Settings'
Important: if your original SIM was lost in the post, you need to activate it before you can order a new one. You can do this by going to www.superdrugmobile.com/activate. Once you've activated, use the link above to order a replacement SIM. If you're not sure how to activate your SIM, start a web chat with us and we can help you.

Good to know: if you've changed your device and need a different size of SIM, pop your SIM back in the original card it came in. If you don't have the original card you'll need to order a new SIM using the link above.
