Using mobile data on Superdrug Mobile

Update your settings to get online

When you join Superdrug Mobile, your settings usually update automatically and everything works brilliantly. 

If you don’t have internet access (and you still have data to use), check something called your Access Point Name (APN) settings.

We’ll talk you through what you need to do and make it nice and easy:

  • On Android: Settings > More… (under Wireless & Networks) > Mobile Network > Access Point Names > 3 > Edit Access Point

  • On iOS: Settings > Mobile service > Mobile Data Network

  • On Windows: Settings > Network & wireless > Mobile & SIM > If data connection is disabled, change to enable > SIM settings > Add an Internet APN

  • On Nokia: Settings > More > Mobile networks > Access point names > Menu button (3 dots in the top right-hand corner)
