Clearing your cookies πŸͺ

We use cookies on Superdrug Mobile so that we can remember who you are, and give you the best experience. From time to time it's a good idea to clear your cookies (nom nom), so that your dashboard can start afresh and always load smoothly.

Chrome on a computer

At the top right of the screen, click the three dots icon.
Then click the "More tools" and then "Clear browsing data"
Make sure that "Browsing history" is unticked (so you don't lose it) then click the blue "Clear Data" button. Boom.

Chrome on a phone

At the top right of the screen, click the three dots icon.
At the bottom of the list is "Settings" tap it.
Under "Advanced" is "Privacy" - then go to "Clear Browsing Data"
Then just tap "Clear Browsing Data" and you should be good to go.

Internet Explorer

Select "Tools" and "Internet Options"
On the "General" tab, click the "Delete" button under "Browsing history"
On the window that appears, make sure that only "Temporary internet files" and "Cookies" have a tick next to them.
Once that's done, click the "Delete" button.

Microsoft Edge

Click the three line icon in the top right of the screen.
Then click the clock icon button.
Click the "Clear history" and then "View more"
From here, tick "Cookies and saved website data" and then click the "Clear" button. Now restart the browser and log back in to superdrugmobile.com

Safari on iPhone

From your home screen, tap "Settings" then "Safari" and "Advanced,"
From there tap "Website Data" and finally "Remove All Website Data."
