If your Superdrug Mobile SIM isn't working as expected, we can absolutely send you another. Get in touch with us on web chat and we'll start the replacement SIM process.

Once ordered, your new SIM can take up to 2 working days to be delivered (depending on the time it's ordered). While it's in the post, your existing SIM will lose service until the new one arrives.

Once your new SIM arrives, pop it in your phone and you'll be good to go! Please get back in touch to tell us you've received your new SIM, and we'll make sure everything's working as it should be.
