If you want to close your account you can chat to us online and ask us to terminate your plan. If you are not transferring provider, you will not need a PAC or STAC.
You'll need to switch off auto renew on your account and you won’t be charged for the following month (via your dashboard > account settings). Once you've requested closure from us, we’ll close your account within 40 days and terminate the mobile number.
Please note: When you cancel your account, your mobile number will terminate, and you will not be able to get this mobile number back. If you want to keep your mobile number, please request a PAC code instead.
