Here’s what we’re doing to help:  

  • Customers will be able to visit NHS websites for free, so you can access the latest health information (even if you’ve run out of data!)
  • Calling 111 will be free for all customers
  • Customer service agents will remain available for anyone who needs support with their phone, simply fire up a webchat and we’ll be happy to help
  • Offering tips on our social media channels to help keep the boredom at bay whilst isolating. Positivity is key!
