As a family member or friend, you’ve got 2 options:

  • You can contact us via web chat or phone and we’ll close the account at your request
  • You can request a PAC code and we’ll move the account under your name.

We’ll take you through your options if you’re not sure.

If you need to discuss specific account details, we’ll be able to do this as soon as we’ve received confirmation that the account holder has passed away. This helps us protect our customers’ personal information, and it’s a legal requirement.
