We're available from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week (excluding Bank Holidays).
If you need help outside of these times, you can still submit your question via web chat and leave your email address or mobile number. We’ll reply as soon as possible.

Please include as much detail about your complaint as you can, as well as your full name, email address, Superdrug Mobile number and contact number. If you leave us a voicemail we will contact you within 48 hours.
