Key step to logging in
When you purchase a Superdrug Mobile SIM we'll ask you to create a new account by sending you an email:
You can sign up with email, Facebook, Google and Apple.
If you don't create an account from the email we send you, you won't be able to sign in to your dashboard.
The link has expired / the email is no longer in my inbox
That's OK, we can help. You can request a new one by contacting us online by clicking the “Chat now” button on www.superdrugmobile.com
"User not known" error
Your Superdrug Mobile account will only work if you log in using the same method you originally used.
For example:
If you signed up using email and password, log in that way
If you signed up using Google, choose “Sign in with Google”
If you signed up using Apple, choose “Sign in with Apple”
🔔 Using a different login method will always show an error, even if the email address is the same.
